1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts found sharing paid material publicly may be suspended.
2. Purchases and wallet
All prices are shown in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Wallet top-ups are credited after the ESS team verifies your payment receipt. Purchased digital items are added permanently to your library and are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the file is faulty or misleading.
3. Sellers
Sellers may only upload material they own or have the right to distribute. Every upload is reviewed before publishing. ESS Store deducts a platform fee from each sale; the remainder is credited to your seller balance and can be withdrawn once it meets the minimum threshold.
4. Affiliates
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their referral link. Self-referrals, fake traffic and misleading promotion void commissions and may close the affiliate account.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually. Provide correct payout details; ESS Store is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account you supplied.
6. Prohibited content
Do not upload exam leaks, pirated books, malware, or any content that is illegal in Ethiopia. Violations result in removal, forfeiture of pending earnings and account termination.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
